So....I've decided to do it. I'm going to join Weight Watchers again. Its a little bit like brainwashing yourself. Convincing yourself that your eating habits are wrong. I know mine are. I've known for a long time that they were, but I haven't done anything about it.
This is my second attempt at Weight Watchers. The first time around I lost 29 lbs to around 150 lbs. Still sounds pretty fat right? Not really. I was a size 10 which is a good look for me. Some people may want to be a size zero or a two. Not me. Size eight is the smallest that I would want to be. Anything under that and I start to look emaciated.
I fell off the wagon a few summers ago and I've gained the 29 lbs back plus 22 more. Don't bother to do the math. I weigh 201 lbs. Thats right 201 lbs. I like to delude myself that I don't look like I weigh that much, but I know it isn't true.
So....My goal for the first three months of this thing is 20 lbs. Thats 10% of my body weight. I'm going to exercise and eat right. I'll keep you posted about this journey as well as about my writing trials and tribulations.
